Full Job Description Description:
The Count Team Clerk will be part of the team responsible for the accurate collection, counting, and recording of all cash from the casino floor at our Northern Nevada properties. Assist in the coin and currency drop. Count currency. Wrap loose coin. Stack tolled and bagged coin in locked cabinets. Secure coin room and account for keys. Participate in table and slot counts. Monitor and maintain all equipment that is used in the operation of coin room function. Ability to perform limited repairs of count room equipment. Observe safety policies and procedures including but not limited to safe lifting, use of ear plugs, and use of properly working machinery. Participate in the Slot drop. Must be able to properly and safely use equipment used during the daily operations of the coin room, including but not limited to: coin wrapping ma

Qualifications:
Previous cash handling experience is required. Employees must possess excellent math skills and accuracy. Must be professional and friendly and be able to get along with coworkers and work as a team. Excellent communication skills required. Must have basic computer skills.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Casino Cage or high-volume cash handling experience preferred. Early Morning Shift Must be able to travel to different Truckee Gaming Locations.
Work Environment and ADA Requirements:
Must have the ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to fifty (50) pounds. Must be able to lift drop boxes up to standard counter height. Must have the mobility to easily move about the casino area and be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be comfortable working in a small, confined space with the same people for entire shift. Can reach, grasp, bend, squat, and push/pull heavy carts. Must be comfortable working in a noisy, smoky casino environment.

Nevada Gaming Registration Valid Nevada Driver's License and current insurance
