Job Description

Job Overview Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned). Collects, transports, counts and reconciles monies from the Slot drop and count including sorting, counting, and recording contents of the bill changers according to set procedures. Responsible for detecting, recording and reporting any problems or areas of concern to the supervisor on duty for resolution. May be responsible for daily reports, minor repairs and maintenance of the soft count equipment. Ensure adherence to the Internal Controls and Policies and Procedures in the count room and during the drop. Provides exceptional customer service to all guests and communicates in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Maintains a professional work environment with guests, management and employees. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements that follow are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required. Education/Experience Must be 21 years of age or older. High School graduate or GED equivalent. One year of experience within a gaming-related operation.
Language Ability:
Must communicate in the English language. Must be able to write legibly.
Math Ability:
High School level math.
Reasoning Ability:
Must be knowledgeable of gaming laws and regulations, as well as other pertinent state or federal laws. Excellent customer relations and communications skills. Ability to work effectively and cordially with co-workers and management to resolve disputes and customer issues. Must be knowledgeable in all safe work practices and maintain safe working environment.
