The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is attentive to customer needs, and is committed to maintaining a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests. Monitor gaming machines and assist customers with basic questions. Clean and maintain the casino floor, machines, and customer areas. Restock beverages and supplies as needed. Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with gaming regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, when required. Report equipment issues or customer concerns to management. Follow company policies and all gaming regulations. Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service or cashier experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Must be reliable, dependable, and able to work independently. Must meet all state gaming licensing requirements, if applicable.
