Admissions/Parking Attendant scheduled up to 29 hours depending on operational needs with a pay of up to $9.50/hr. Responsibilities The purpose of this position is to provide fast, friendly, outgoing service to our guests. The Ideal Candidate Must Possess the following:
- Proven experience or willingness to engage in a guest-facing role, preferably in a theme park or high-end hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and late nights.
- Must be able to walk long distances, stand for long periods, work in high places, and safely lift 60 pounds. Qualifications Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests as they enter the park, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable entry experience.
- Process various types of ticket media, including One-Day Tickets and Season Passes.
- Stock and issue park maps, celebration buttons, and other forms of guest engagement items.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of admissions product offerings including, but not limited to, One-Day Tickets, Season Passes, VIP Tours, THE FLASH Pass, Dining Plans, Haunted Attractions Passes, and more.
- Work at the park exit to manage guest flow and ensure accurate attendance recording.
- Process parking transactions through a P.O.S (point of sale) system in a timely manner.
- Direct guests through our Toll Plaza parking booths and Park Entrance to ensure a speedy entry process for all guests.
- Work as a Preferred Parking attendant and parking lot exit attendant.
