In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with filling propane tanks, cleaning pumps, keeping parking lot swept and cleaned up, helping inside with stocking and ensuring a positive experience at our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Duties Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Fill propane tanks and follow all steps and laws Respond to customer inquiries and assist promptly Provide information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment. Skills Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus Previous customer support or customer service experience is highly desirable. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
