Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host/Busser to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Host/Busser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and assist both guests and staff will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant. Must be 18 years old or older. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for new patrons. Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables as needed, enhancing the overall guest experience. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and service stations. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service times. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as necessary. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties. Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to requests for assistance or information. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette when interacting with guests over the phone. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a fast-paced environment.
