The ideal candidate is polished, calm under pressure, and able to create a warm, seamless welcome for every guest. Key Responsibilities Guest Reception — Greet guests with professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness Reservation Management — Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating charts with precision Table Coordination — Coordinate seating to support smooth service flow and pacing Communication — Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and kitchen staff Guest Experience — Anticipate guest needs and maintain a refined, welcoming atmosphere Maintain lobby cleanliness, menu presentation, and overall front‑of‑house standards Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years fine‑dining hosting experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask gracefully in a fast‑paced upscale environment Experience with reservation platforms (OpenTable, Resy, etc.) preferred
