Full Job Description Responsibilities:
As a Restaurant Support Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Assisting in bussing and resetting tables
- Providing excellent guest service throughout their dining experience
- Answering phone calls and taking reservations
- Collaborating with the waitstaff to ensure efficient service
- Using OpenTable system for seating assignments and guest management
- Learning about our quality culinary and cocktail program
- Supporting the management and service staff with volume through teamwork and great communication
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
$15-18/hour + tipsWork Hours:
