Job Description :

We are looking for a friendly and organized Lead Host/Host to join our team! As a Lead Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities :

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements Assist with guest inquiries and special requests Maintain the flow of the dining area to ensure efficient seating Supervise and train other hosts to ensure consistent service standards Assist with the opening and closing of the restaurant

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a host or customer service role is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong organizational skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects
