Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for breakfast service Assist with food preparation, presentation, and replenishment of breakfast items to ensure freshness and quality Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and buffet stations according to food safety sanitizing procedures Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to proper food handling and safety standards Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for processing cash transactions and managing orders Support with setup and breakdown of breakfast service stations, including manual handling of supplies and equipment Follow food safety management protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination Assist with dietary accommodations by understanding dietary restrictions and communicating effectively with kitchen staff Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, including sanitizing kitchen equipment and workspaces regularly Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless in-person customer service that exceeds guest expectations Skills Prior experience in fine dining or hospitality environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Knowledge of wine pairing or wine knowledge is a plus but not required Experience in banquet or catering settings is advantageous Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payments Ability to handle weight in the workplace safely during setup or cleaning tasks Understanding of food safety protocols, including sanitizing procedures and food safety management systems Previous restaurant or culinary experience that demonstrates adaptability in fast-paced environments Join us as a Breakfast Host where your enthusiasm for hospitality can shine!
