Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. This role is essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the overall operations of our restaurant or hospitality establishment. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using reservation software. Answer phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette and provide accurate information Maintain a clean and organized host stand area Maintain a clean and organized dining area, assisting in turning tables for next guests Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and accommodate seating preferences Support guest relations by providing attentive and courteous service throughout their visit Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes as needed Experience Previous experience as a Host/Host in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Familiarity with food service operations and guest services Experience using POS systems is advantageous Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise Background in restaurant experience, hotel services, or serving roles is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction

Pay:

$17.00 - $23.00 per hour
