• Job Summary:

• As a Host at Davenport's Pizza Palace, you will be the first point of contact for our guests.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide a warm and inviting welcome, manage seating arrangements, and ensure a positive dining experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave. • Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive with a friendly demeanor.

Manage the host stand, including answering phones, taking reservations, and maintaining an accurate waitlist. Escort guests to their tables while providing menus and information about daily specials. Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to manage the flow of guests and maintain an efficient seating process. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously. Assist with special events, parties, and large group bookings. Uphold the restaurant's policies, procedures, and standards for service and safety.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hosting role is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Friendly, positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
