Description:

Seeking an on-camera personality to be one of several live-sellers for our fast fashion brand, hosting energetic live shows from our studio in Springdale, AR . You'll showcase trendy dresses, tops, bottoms, sets, accessories, and more with real-time styling, trend talk, and high-energy selling. This position is part-time and once established will be for 15-25 hours/week.

What You'll Do:

Host 3-5 live shows per week (each show 2-3 hours long) and work before/after show to merchandise and organize sales floor. Present bestsellers and collections with outfit styling and fashion advice Engage with viewers, answer questions, run flash sales/auctions, and drive real-time purchases Build a loyal community of fashion buyers on Whatnot, TikTok or any other relevant platform Stay on top of current women's fashion trends and help plan show content Work on-site with our merchandise and our team in

Springdale, AR Compensation & Perks:

Deeply passionate about women's fashion — knowledgeable about trends, styling, merchandising, and our unique brand Natural entertainer with a bubbly, engaging on-camera personality Strong sales skills (retail, boutique, social selling, or similar experience) Live streaming experience (Whatnot, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) is a big plus Quick thinker who excels at reading chats and closing sales in real time Reliable, coachable, professional, and consistent Comfortable on camera for 1-3 hours at a time Must be able to work in-office in Springdale, AR Bonus points if you have: Personal social media following (Instagram/TikTok) Previous Whatnot hosting or live shopping experience Retail merchandising or personal styling background
