As a Host/Hostess, you must be familiar with food and beverage preparation, while having an eye for detail. You will be responsible for seating guests. It's essential to treat guests in a friendly manner to create a cheerful atmosphere. The goal is to provide excellent service so that customers feel welcomed, confident and satisfied with the experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive to our establishment. Direct guest to the assigned tables given by the manager. Answering phone calls with positive attitude. Being knowledgable of our full menu. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable. Help the team with necessary task.
