Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. The Host/Hostess will be the first point of contact for Members, providing a warm welcome and excellent service. Duties
- Greet Members as they arrive and seat them accordingly
- Provide menus and relay information about specials
- Assist in taking reservations or managing a waitlist
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
- Handle Member inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Willingness to assist Members and provide exceptional service
