Job Description
Twisted Italian is hiring for a Part Time Host/Take Out Specialist. Located within the Lake Pleasant Towne Center at Lake Pleasant Rd and Happy Valley rd., Twisted Italian is an independent upscale casual full-service Italian restaurant servicing the Northwest Valley. We offer a combination of Italian Specialties, Steaks & Seafood, Chicago Classics, and unique creative offerings. We have been recognized by the Peoria Times as the best Italian Restaurant in Peoria for the past 6 years. Successful candidate must be high energy, have a great smile and enjoy serving customers. Must be able to manage multiple tasks at once, be able to work in a fast paced environment, have very clear and confident communication skills. Great attention to detail/accuracy a must. Some prior experience performing high volume restaurant sales (in house, takeout...) or hosting preferred. Key Job responsibilities include Greeting & Seating customers, taking and packaging to go orders, bussing tables, and running food. Hours available can include a combination of days/nights/weekends. Total compensation including tips can be anticipated to be between $17.00-$19.00+ per hour. (No less than $17 per hour with tips). Most shifts are approximately 4 hours long. The majority are in the evening although some day shifts/doubles may be available as well. Candidate must have availability to work on Tuesday evenings and weekends.
