Job Description

Job Title:
Front Desk Associate, Host Full-time, Tuesday to Saturday (typically 2pm - closing)
Position Summary:
This position is the first impression a Guest has of the Wrigley Mansion through reservation bookings or initial inquiries is positive and informative. The first point of contact, ensuring every Guest's journey begins with exceptional service and a touch of magic. We believe in creating genuine, hand-tailored moments for our guests, where every interaction is infused with warmth and personality. This role requires proficiency in reservations tool to manage reservations, coordinate seating, and ensure a smooth, memorable experience from start to finish. A focus on exceptional, personalized service is key.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Guest Service:
Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring timely and accurate reservation management. Previous experience in OpenTable and TOCK is a bonus.
Reservation Management:
Handle reservations via phone, email, and in-person inquiries, maintaining a seamless flow.
Coordination:
Work closely with servers and management to optimize seating and dining room flow.
Problem-Solving:
Resolve reservation and guest concerns with composure, offering creative solutions to enhance the guest experience.
Menu & Event Support:
Assist with menu organization, special requests, and event coordination as needed.
Communication:
Stay organized in communication with guests and internal teams, ensuring all messages are relayed effectively.
Other Duties:
Assist with membership maintenance, general admin tasks, and special projects as assigned. What's in it for you:
