Professional Development Role Purpose:
The role purpose of a bowling and games host/hostess at Uptown Alley is to ensure that guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience while participating in various activities such as bowling, arcade games, laser tag, and other attractions offered at the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic and Financial Responsibilities Sales and Promotion Operational Responsibilities Attraction Management Lane Assignment and Game Management Cleaning and Maintenance Customer Service Responsibilities Guest Interaction Customer Service Teamwork and Collaboration Education & Qualifications:
Certifications in food safety and sanitation, such as ServSafe or Safe Food Handling High School Diploma or Equivalent Physical Stamina and Endurance-ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks in a hot and demanding kitchen environment
Experience:

- Previous experience in a high volume restaurant
