Arizona, our Guest Experience Team is all about delivering a guest-obsessed culture and helping every visitor make unforgettable memories. As a Guest Experience Host , you'll become an underwater guide-leading guests through exciting ocean discoveries and helping them experience something truly amazing inside our aquarium. In this role, you'll rotate through a variety of guest experience positions, bringing high energy, strong communication, and excellent presentation skills to every shift. You'll play a huge part in inspiring repeat visits by delivering the best-in-class guest service , along with impressive product and ocean knowledge. Your mission? + Sharing your ocean knowledge and teaching guests about conservation in a memorable, exciting way Qualifications & Experience About You + 6 months - 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.

+ Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.

+ Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.

+ Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.

+ Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
