Answer incoming phone calls professionally, providing information about the restaurant's offerings and reservation policies. Keep the host/hostess station organized, clean, and well-stocked to support seamless operations during busy hours. Requirements Previous host/hostess experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude are essential. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; willingness to learn new technology is important.
