Our team of e-commerce experts has driven millions in GMV for our clients, working with brands across beauty, consumer electronics, fashion, health & wellness, and home goods. Role Overview As a Branded Live Host at Platinum Commerce, you will be the on-camera face representing our brand partners. You will engage viewers in real time, drive product discovery, and convert audiences into buyers. This is a high-energy, performance-driven role built for natural communicators who thrive in front of a camera. Responsibilities Host branded live sessions on TikTok Shop across multiple brand verticals, presenting products with energy and confidence Drive viewer engagement through live Q&A, product demonstrations, and real-time audience interaction Follow brand guidelines and product talking points prepared by our content and operations teams Maintain a consistent, professional on-camera presence for the full duration of scheduled shifts (typically 2-4 hours) Collaborate with the Account Manager and Project Management team to optimize stream performance and drive conversions Requirements Comfortable and confident on camera — prior hosting, sales, or on-camera experience required Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to represent brands in a professional and knowledgeable way Ability to quickly learn and represent our partner brands' products and voice Familiarity with TikTok as a platform; active creator background is a plus Professional, punctual, and coachable — you take direction well and iterate quickly Flexible availability, including evenings and/or weekends, based on live schedules Must submit a demo tape (2 minutes max) - introduce yourself, then select a household appliance and simulate presenting it live: show yourself using it, discuss its value, and share what you enjoy about it.
