RESPONSIBILITIESProvide five-star customer service to all members through greeting and member engagementMaintaining a "camera ready" fitness floor - organized and free from clutter and returning equipment to its proper placeEnsure equipment is in the correct place within the club floorMember engagement: towel distribution to members every 30 minutes in cardio, weight and stretch areasEngaging members to the Floor Trainer Special EventsAttend monthly forum and personal trainer workshops

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

 Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, squatting, bending, and reaching. As well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs at a timeQualificationsUnderstanding of principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique.
