Job Description
La Dolce Vita is currently seeking a host.
Responsibilities:
- This role requires knowledgeable and warm attention paid to guest experience curation and reservations book management.
- This role ensures all guests are greeted warmly and hospitably, notes VIPs and special guests. Provides notification of these guests to servers, managers and chef.
- Develops and fosters guest relationships and clientele.
- Responds to guest emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Monitors guest spaces for cleanliness
- Provides a point of contact for customer feedback and helping to resolve any customer issues
- Any other responsibilities delegated by management
Qualifications:
- Successful candidates will be polished, poised and have a great sense of personal style
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- High School diploma (bachelor's degree preferred) and a minimum of 2+ years of applicable restaurant and/or hospitality management experience
