Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Host to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will set the tone for a memorable dining experience, fostering guest satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly with a friendly and positive attitude, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest comfort Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information about wait times and menu options Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction Requirements Previous host/hostess experience in a food service or restaurant setting preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not required Demonstrated professionalism, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills Join us as a Host and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences! $16.90 - $20.00 per hour
