Hostess/Host

Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Duties

• Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Provide menus and assist with any initial inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Experience
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is a plus
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is advantageous
• Familiarity with food service or restaurant operations is beneficial
