Little Kiki is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Host / Busser to join our team! As a Host / Busser, you'll be one of the first people our guests interact with while also helping keep the dining room clean, organized, and running smoothly. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is always willing to jump in and help the team. Responsibilities Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive Manage the host stand, seating guests and assisting with reservations and wait times Answer phones and provide helpful, friendly customer service Communicate guest needs and table availability with the service team Bus and clear tables efficiently throughout service Reset and sanitize tables for incoming guests Assist servers and bartenders as needed Keep the dining room, entryway, and host stand clean and organized Help maintain a smooth flow of service during busy periods Work as part of a team and assist wherever needed What We're Looking For Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality Reliable and punctual Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Team player with a willingness to jump in wherever needed Able to stay organized and attentive during busy shifts Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer A fun, team-oriented work environment Opportunities to learn and grow within the restaurant Flexible scheduling Competitive pay and tips, where applicable If you're energetic, hardworking, and love creating a great experience for guests, we'd love to meet you!
