We are a sushi restaurant located in Carlsbad Village. Restaurant and/or customer service experience required, sushi restaurant experience preferred. Responsibilities Greet customers entering and leaving the business Answer the phones (phone orders, questions, etc) Estimate wait time for guests Assign tables to servers in an organized manner Serve waters to each table Assist takeout orders from DoorDash Clean surrounding area and tables when necessary Qualifications MUST be available most of the weekend Thursday through Sunday Friendly attitude towards customers and coworkers Punctuality and quick to problem solve Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively in a loud environment Cleanliness and understanding of cleanliness in the food industry
