Our LIVE shows are focused on affordable jewelry presented in an interactive, auction-style format. You will showcase jewelry, describe individual pieces, interact with viewers in real time and help create the friendly, fun environment our customers have come to expect. You do NOT need to show your face on camera. Our current format primarily shows the jewelry display and the host's hands while presenting products. What You'll Do Host approximately 4-hour TikTok LIVE selling sessions Present and demonstrate jewelry on camera Explain product details clearly and enthusiastically Interact with customers and respond to LIVE chat Keep conversation and engagement flowing throughout the show Create excitement around new pieces and auctions Learn our products, presentation style and customer experience Prepare the display before LIVE sessions and assist with basic post-LIVE organization Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is naturally warm, conversational, enthusiastic and comfortable talking for extended periods of time. You do not need to be an influencer or have your own social-media following. Previous experience in livestream selling, jewelry, retail, beauty, fashion, hospitality or customer-facing sales is helpful, but personality, reliability and the ability to connect with customers matter more to us than a specific résumé. You may be a great fit if you: Enjoy talking and interacting with people Have a naturally friendly and welcoming personality Can maintain positive energy for a 4-hour LIVE Are comfortable selling without being overly aggressive Can think quickly and respond naturally to customer questions Are dependable and punctual Take direction well and are willing to learn an established selling format Have an interest in jewelry, fashion or accessories Schedule We are initially looking for someone available 3-4 days per week , with approximately 4-5 paid hours per shift including LIVE time and preparation. Approximately 12-20 hours per week . Specific days and LIVE times will be discussed during the interview process. Compensation $25-$35/hour , depending on experience and demonstrated ability. Paid training is provided. There will also be opportunities for performance-based bonuses as the position develops.
