As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring that the dining area is welcoming and efficient. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Maintain an organized waiting list during busy periods Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Uphold cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and dining area Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for reservation management Requirements Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Professional phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries Join our team as a Host/Host where your passion for hospitality can shine!
