Duties Host engaging live streaming sessions to demonstrate makeup techniques, product features, and beauty tips Interact actively with viewers by answering questions, providing personalized recommendations, and creating a lively shopping experience Perform professional product demos to highlight key benefits and usage instructions Upsell products effectively by understanding customer needs and promoting relevant items Manage online sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems and retail math skills to ensure accurate cash handling and order processing Maintain organized stock levels, assist with merchandising, and ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked Utilize social media management tools to promote upcoming live sessions, grow audience engagement, and expand brand reach Requirements Previous experience in beauty & cosmetics sales or retail sales, is preferred but not require; enthusiasm for the beauty industry is essentia. Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience Familiarity with social media management platforms for content promotion and audience engagement Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed
