Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
Enthusiastically acknowledging and welcoming guests upon their arrival Exhibiting an excellent customer service attitude by creating personable and memorable experiences for our guests Being flexible to the changing needs of our guests Demonstrating an ability to establish professional relationships genuinely and sincerely with guests Effectively assigning seating arrangements according to guidelines set forth by the management team Engaging and seating guests in a timely manner Answering all phone calls, questions, inquiries guests may have Booking and managing reservations Assisting management in organizing a smooth and effortless service flow Being considerate and willing to assist fellow team members Assisting with maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and organization of the entire restaurant Being knowledgeable of the restaurant's background story
The Ideal Candidate:
Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual Driven to provide exceptional service and hospitality Experienced with reservation platforms Dependable and detail-oriented Exudes confidence while performing duties Dependable and flexible schedule (able to work week days/nights, weekends, and holidays) Ability to work under pressure
