Responsibilities Greet guests with enthusiasm and genuine friendliness upon arrival, making them feel valued from the moment they walk in Manage reservation bookings and waitlists using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to optimize seating flow Escort guests to their tables promptly, providing menus and answering initial questions about the menu or restaurant amenities Maintain clear communication with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service delivery Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professional phone etiquette, providing accurate information and assistance Monitor dining area occupancy and cleanliness to uphold high standards of guest comfort and restaurant appearance Assist in managing guest relations by addressing concerns politely and efficiently, ensuring a positive dining experience Qualifications Prior experience as a host or hostess in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude are essential Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests and team members Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed Experience in hospitality, hotel guest services, serving, or related customer service roles is advantageous Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and positive energy Knowledge of restaurant operations, including reservation management and guest relations practices Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster welcoming interactions Join us to create memorable experiences for every guest through your vibrant personality and dedication!
