Seasonal Caretaker Couple — Salt Creek Resort & RV (Lakehead, CA) About Us Salt Creek Resort & RV is a family-run cabin and RV campground on Shasta Lake in Northern California, open each season from May through mid-September. We offer guests fishing, boating, and swimming just steps from the water, and our team prides itself on friendly, hands-on hospitality. Join us for a season working in a beautiful lakeside setting with a close-knit, supportive crew. The Opportunity Imagine trading your commute for a lakeside view. Salt Creek Resort & RV is looking for a caretaker couple to live on-site and help run our small, family-owned cabin and RV campground this season. If you love the outdoors, enjoy working with people, and want a job that comes with a home for the summer, this could be the perfect fit. What You'll Do Handle day-to-day resort operations together, including guest check-ins, grounds and cabin upkeep, pool maintenance, and general hospitality. Duties are shared between the two of you based on your strengths. Who We're Looking For A reliable, hands-on couple who works well as a team, communicates clearly with guests, and enjoys a quieter, rural setting. Where Salt Creek Resort & RV, on the Sacramento arm of Shasta Lake, Lakehead, CA. Wooded lakeside bluff overlooking Shasta Lake's quiet cove. When April-September 2027 Room & Board On-site housing included for the season, in addition to compensation of $16,000 for the season.
