NIght Secuity Crew Member - Join Us at Shasta Lake! Holiday Harbor Resort & Marina is hiring skilled and reliable individual to join our Night Security team full time and year round. Help us ensure our property, parking lots, and docks remain safe for our guests throughout the season.
Note:
This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment Protect property and assets by enforcing access control and following security procedures Respond to alarms and incidents promptly, taking appropriate action as necessary Conduct thorough investigations of any suspicious activities or incidents Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns Why Join Our Team? Qualifications:
Previous security or guard experience is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors for extended periods (up to 50 lbs). Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. A proactive and safety-focused mindset.
