TikTok Live Shopping Host — Beauty Brand

We're a growing beauty brand looking for an energetic, camera-confident TikTok Live host to sell our lashes during live shopping sessions from our Lancaster, CA warehouse. If you can sell, you can make very good money here. We provide everything on-site — camera, lighting, audio, products, scripts, and step-by-step training. You just show up and go live. Paid training included.

What You'll Do:

Host TikTok Live shopping sessions (minimum 3-4 days per week, 2-3 hours per session. Some sessions may run longer and will be scheduled in advance.) Showcase and demo lashes on camera Execute live giveaways and flash sales to boost excitement Engage with viewers in real time — answer questions, provide tips, create energy Use TikTok Live features like billboards and pinned products to drive sales Submit post-live performance reports

Pay Structure:

Hourly pay + commission on every sale + bi-weekly bonuses for hitting milestones.

Entry-Level:

$17•21/hr + 5% commission (effective rate up to $35/hr with bonuses)

Mid-Level:

$22•35/hr + 7% commission (effective rate up to $52/hr with bonuses)

Experienced:

$35•50/hr + 9% commission (effective rate up to $77/hr with bonuses) This role has room to grow into more hours, higher commission tiers, and long-term collaboration for top performers.

Prior live selling experience (TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Instagram Live, etc.) Existing TikTok presence Retail or sales background
