What You'll Do Welcome guests upon arrival and create an upbeat, engaging first impression. Check in groups, confirm reservations, and ensure guests are prepared for their scheduled experience. Clearly explain game rules, safety expectations, and any venue policies before each session. Deliver engaging pre-game introductions that set the tone, story, and objective of the escape room. Monitor escape room games in real time to ensure guests are safe, supported, and fully engaged. Provide timely, helpful clues and hints that keep groups moving forward without taking away from the challenge or fun. Reset rooms quickly and accurately between groups, ensuring all puzzles, props, locks, and game elements are in the correct condition for the next experience. Identify and report room maintenance needs, missing props, technical issues, or guest concerns to leadership promptly. Capture group photos and celebrate guest achievements at the end of each game. Answer guest questions, provide recommendations, and encourage repeat visits, upgrades, concessions, merchandise, or future bookings when appropriate. Help maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and guest-ready environment throughout each shift.
