POSITION OVERVIEW

Our mission is to make sauna & cold water immersion an accessible and joyful part of day to day life on the California Coast. We've started the first mobile sauna business in the county•focusing on sauna as an outdoor, community-oriented wild bathing experience! The sauna operates at SLO Ranch Farms and Morro Bay at Coleman Beach. We're a small family owned & operated business seeking to expand our team on a part-time basis. We are looking for a friendly, reliable and independent Sauna Host to manage shifts hosting the sauna.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Host sauna guests•check in when they arrive, answer questions, provide guidance, and facilitate and positive safe experience for all Setup sauna, and clean sauna & cold plunges during shifts Potentially driving the company truck with gear for setup Troubleshoot technical issues with stove & sauna trailer as needed (training provided)

QUALIFICATIONS

Interest and experience in sauna / wellness industry Experience in customer service Experience problem solving/troubleshooting A clean driving record Physical ability to move heavy items up to 50lbs like propane tanks, jugs of water, etc. Ability & willingness to work outside in all weather conditions Ability to work weekends & evenings is required

Pay:

$22.00 per hour
