Not Required About the Role CCB is looking for a personable, professional, and motivated Real Estate Host / Hostess who is interested in learning more about the real estate industry. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who enjoys meeting people, creating a welcoming environment, and representing a professional brand. No real estate license or previous real estate experience is required. The Real Estate Host / Hostess will help create an exceptional experience for clients and guests while supporting CCB's real estate professionals with hospitality, events, open houses, and general administrative activities. Responsibilities Welcome and greet clients, guests, and visitors in a warm and professional manner. Help create a polished, hospitality-focused experience at CCB events, property tours, and open houses. Assist with event setup, organization, refreshments, signage, and guest flow. Help guests sign in and collect contact information using CCB-approved processes. Provide guests with approved property and company materials. Direct real estate-specific questions to the appropriate licensed CCB professional. Assist the CCB team with basic administrative and organizational tasks. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional presentation of spaces. Support client appreciation events, community events, and other CCB marketing activities. Learn about the real estate business through exposure to CCB's team and operations. What This Position Does Not Do This is an unlicensed position . The Real Estate Host / Hostess does not perform activities that require a real estate license. But license is preferred. The individual will not negotiate transactions, discuss or recommend pricing or contract terms, provide real estate advice, solicit clients on behalf of an agent when licensing is required, or represent themselves as a licensed real estate professional. Questions involving a property, transaction, pricing, contracts, negotiations, or professional real estate advice should be referred to a licensed CCB team member.
