Job Description
Party Host & Indoor Playground Team Member Jumpity Bumpity Pleasanton is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable team members to join our growing team! If you enjoy working with children, providing excellent customer service, and staying active in a fun, fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. This is a hands-on position that includes front desk customer service, party hosting, playground supervision, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for our guests. We're looking for team members who are reliable, take initiative, and are interested in growing with our team. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service at the front desk Check in guests, process admissions, waivers, retail purchases, Host birthday parties from setup to cleanup, including decorating, serving food, making announcements, and cleaning party rooms Supervise the indoor playground and help ensure a safe environment for all guests Answer phones, assist with reservations, and respond to guest questions Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including play areas, party rooms, restrooms, and common areas Assist with opening and closing procedures Work as part of a team to create a fun, safe, and memorable experience for every guest Requirements Friendly, positive, and dependable Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work weekends Must have flexible availability for opening and closing shifts Comfortable working independently; after training, some opening and closing shifts may be worked alone Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Qualification Flexible availability, including weekends and opening/closing shifts applicants seeking a long-term part-time position are encouraged to apply. Previous customer service, hospitality, childcare, or party hosting experience is a plus, but not required.
