We're looking for a friendly, outgoing, reliable, and organized team member to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role combines guest services, ticketing, VIP check-ins, and private event coordination. Responsibilities Greet and check in guests while working alongside security Sell event tickets, process payments, and scan pre-paid tickets Manage guest lists and distribute wristbands Document suspected or confiscated fake IDs Check in VIP bottle service reservations and direct guests to their booths Check in guests for weddings, private parties, and other events Answer questions and assist guests with a friendly, professional attitude Communicate with security, management, and event staff to ensure smooth entry Qualifications 21+ Previous hospitality, nightlife, customer service, or event experience preferred Friendly, outgoing, and professional Reliable and punctual Strong communication and attention to detail Comfortable handling payments and using ticketing/check-in systems Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Evening, late-night, weekend, and holiday availability as needed Why EOS?
