- We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences in a restaurant.
- Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials
- Assist guests with any inquiries and ensure their needs are met promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with guests in a friendly manner
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must be proficient in Open Table reservations platform
