Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent guest service, manage reservations and waitlists, answer phones, and assist with maintaining smooth front-of-house operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists Answer phones and assist guests with inquiries Communicate effectively with servers and management Maintain a clean and organized host stand Provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using computers, reservation systems, and tablets Ability to multitask and stay organized Professional appearance and positive attitude Weekend and evening availability preferred Hospitality experience is a plus.
