As our Bridal Experience Host, you'll help create the atmosphere that makes Love Era special. You'll be responsible for ensuring every bride and guest feels genuinely cared for while supporting our Bridal Stylists behind the scenes. Your work allows our stylists to stay fully present with the bride while you ensure every detail of the experience feels effortless. What You'll Do During Bridal Appointments Welcome brides and their guests with warmth and professionalism Prepare and serve beverages, including our seasonal mocktails Create thoughtful "surprise and delight" moments throughout appointments Engage with family and guests in a genuine, intentional way Keep detailed notes within each bride's profile Assist Bridal Stylists with dress organization and maintaining showroom presentation Prepare invoices and appointment details for Bridal Stylists Guide brides through checkout by processing payments, reviewing contracts, explaining alterations, and initiating post-purchase workflows Capture meaningful photo and video content during appointments (with permission) Behind the Scenes Maintain the beauty and presentation of the showroom Create and update in-store music playlists Print and organize Polaroid keepsakes Restock hospitality stations and beverage areas Clean and maintain hospitality spaces, including the restroom Wash dishes and maintain kitchen areas Receive incoming gowns with care Steam, inspect, and prepare dresses for bride pickup Make celebratory welcome calls to newly scheduled brides Document detailed client notes in our CRM Assist Bridal Stylists with social media content creation Organize and upload content into our media library Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who naturally serves others. Required Qualifications Age:

21+ years old

Schedule:

Part-time (16-20 hours/week) with opportunity for additional hours

Availability:

Weekend availability required, plus some

Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays Experience:

1+ year of customer service or hospitality experience

Technology:

Comfortable learning CRM software, POS systems, Google Workspace, and social media platforms

Physical Requirements:

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Communication:
