Part-Time (20-25 hours/week, Monday-Friday) About the Role Furniture of America is seeking a dynamic TikTok Livestream Host to serve as the digital face of our brand. If you are an energetic on-camera talent with a passion for social media marketing, live shopping, and e-commerce sales, this role is for you. You will host engaging TikTok Live sessions, model our furniture collections, and produce scroll-stopping short-form video content to drive real-time engagement and sales. This position is perfect for a creative storyteller and savvy closer who understands social media algorithms, consumer behavior, and digital trends.

Key Responsibilities Livestream Hosting & E-commerce Sales:

Host high-energy TikTok Live shopping sessions, actively showcasing furniture products to drive conversions and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).

Real-Time Audience Engagement:

Interact with viewers, answer product questions, overcome customer hesitations, and build a highly engaged, loyal brand community.

On-Camera Video Production:

Act as the primary on-camera talent and model for short-form marketing videos, social media campaigns, and TikTok ads.

Video Editing & Content Creation:

Shoot and quickly edit high-quality promotional content using mobile and desktop tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, VN Video Editor, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite).

SEO & Copywriting:

Write compelling social media copy, titles, and captions utilizing SEO principles and keyword research to maximize organic discoverability.

Trend & Analytics Strategy:

Monitor viral TikTok trends and competitor livestreams. Analyze key performance metrics (viewership, retention, engagement, GMV) to continuously optimize broadcast performance.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with the marketing team to align livestream schedules and video content with broader brand goals and digital advertising campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills On-Camera Presence:

Confident, charismatic, and highly articulate in front of a camera, with exceptional conversational and improvisational skills.

Sales-Driven Mindset:

Comfortable closing sales and handling real-time customer objections. Prior experience in retail sales, showroom presentation, e-commerce, or live shopping is a strong plus.

Video Editing Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with short-form video creation and editing software (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere/Final Cut, Photoshop/Illustrator).

Platform Expertise:

Deep understanding of TikTok's algorithm, platform features, SEO best practices, and social media analytics.

Reliability:

Dependable availability for a consistent, on-site part-time schedule in the City of Industry, CA.

Language Skills:

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a major plus.
