This is not an entry-level host position. We are looking for someone polished, confident and genuinely passionate about hospitality. Our Maitre d Lead Host is one of the most visible members of our team and sets the tone for the guest experience from the moment they arrive. You will welcome regulars and first-time guests, recognize VIPs, manage reservations and dining room flow, solve problems gracefully and work closely with management to ensure every guest feels genuinely looked after.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Previous Maitre d, lead host, guest relations or upscale restaurant experience strongly preferred Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Polished, professional presence Confidence managing reservations, waitlists and a busy front door Strong judgment and the ability to remain composed under pressure Experience handling guest concerns and finding solutions Strong understanding of restaurant pacing, table management and dining room flow OpenTable or comparable reservation system experience preferred Reliable and punctual Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays and late-night events A genuine desire to build a career in hospitalityTHE ROLE
Own the arrival and departure experience for our guests Greet every guest warmly and professionally Manage reservations, walk-ins, waitlists and accurate quote times Coordinate table assignments and pacing with management and the service team Build relationships with regular guests and help develop our VIP culture Recognize birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions Assist with guest recovery and resolve concerns with discretion and good judgmentBenefits
