As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their dining experience starts off on the right foot. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating a positive atmosphere, we would love to hear from you. ```Duties```
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their designated tables
- Provide menus and inform guests
- Manage the wait list and the flow of the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or wait list
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- Assist servers with various tasks as needed ```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a similar role in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to communicate effectively with guests
