Skills Proven experience as a host or host in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests, team members, and management. Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Toast POS or OpenTable for reservations and check-ins. Previous hotel or guest services experience is a plus, demonstrating hospitality expertise. Knowledge of food service operations and restaurant procedures to support seamless guest experiences. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Professional phone etiquette skills for handling reservations, inquiries, and guest concerns courteously.
