The Host is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression and helping ensure smooth restaurant operations. Key responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations and the waitlist, answering phones, communicating accurate wait times, maintaining the host stand and entrance area, and coordinating with servers and management to manage table flow.

Hosts should be friendly, organized, professional, attentive, and comfortable communicating with both guests and team members.
