East & Co. - a living hub of hospitality where food, space, and community come together - is searching for creative and detail-oriented hosts and marketplace associates to join the opening team of our unique Boulder hospitality venue. East & Co. is a new venture located at 2100 Central Avenue surrounded by a variety of office campuses. This unique building includes a number of high-end concepts including a coffee shop, retail marketplace, full-service restaurant & bar, catering & events, and conference space. Current projected hours of operation are 7am-7pm Monday-Friday with nights & weekends required as needed for events. Wages are determined by ability, experience and fit, and are a combination of base pay plus tips. Wages will vary based on business volumes and market conditions. Must be 18+ to apply.

Enthusiasm and positivity Great interpersonal and organizational skills A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality The desire to learn, grow and advance within the company A minimum of 3 shifts required per week Experience with retail a plus Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, providing a positive first impression Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Assist guests with inquiries about our marketplace offerings, services, and events through clear and friendly communication Handle reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements while maintaining accurate records Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth flow of service during busy periods and special events Experience Previous host/hostess experience in food service or hospitality environments preferred Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in hotel or guest services roles enhances understanding of guest relations and hospitality standards Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally when managing reservations or inquiries Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of food service operations, serving procedures, and hospitality best practices is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
