Job Description
Greet, interact and bid farewell to guests in a warm and genuine and enthusiastic fashionUse excellent communication skills with guests, staff including verbal, written and body languageMaintain a clean and organized work environment including stocking of supplies, polishing cutlery/glassware, folding napkins, cleaning menus, sanitizing tables, etc.
Provide lateral service including assisting in clearing tables, carry plates to dishwashing area when neededMaintain guest profile, preferences in a database for distribution to staffBe a team player!
Ability to work a shift other than a day shift, such as pm or swing shiftAbility to work on weekends and holidaysStand for periods of 8-10 hours.
Lift and carry 30 lbs, carry and balance plates, cocktail tray on a regular and frequent basisAbility to communicate effectively in verbal and written EnglishComply with all safety and health department procedures, as well as, all state and federal lawsMaintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per company standardsBend, squat and stretch in areas of limited space to perform cleaning, organization and other duties
